The Belvidere at Broad Hosts One-Year Anniversary Party
It’s hard to believe The Belvidere at Broad has already been open for one year in downtown Richmond. The restaurant opened last summer, serving up eclectic American fare with world influences and a focus on fresh, natural and organic ingredients. To celebrate and thank all our loyal patrons, The Belvidere is hosting a party that will feature live jazz, food and drink specials and a raffle benefiting Henrico CASA. The Belvidere’s anniversary party will take place Sunday, August 29th beginning at 5pm and is open to the public.
Guests will be greeted with a warm atmosphere and entertainment provided by talented singer and saxophonist, Roger Carroll and guitarist, Alan Parker, of Chez Roué from 6 to 9 pm. Food specials for the evening will include small plates priced at $5 to $9, including Tuna Tartare Canapés with red onion crème fraiche, Grilled Tenderloin Canapés, Natural Beef Sliders, Grilled Shrimp “Ceveche Style” Parfaits, Crab Cake bites, Roasted Stuffed Mushrooms, Fresh Tomato Caprese Salad, and many others. The menu features vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options, as well as an extensive wine and bottled and draft beer selection.
Raffle tickets will be sold during the party and will cost $5 per ticket. Raffle prize packages will be given away and include $50 and $100 Belvidere gift certificates, as well as various other prizes. All raffle sales and a portion of proceeds from the purchase of each food and drink special will directly benefit Henrico CASA, Court Appointed Special Advocates for abused and neglected children.
